CANCELLATION POLICY

  • A subscriber may submit a cancellation request for a specific service using the required cancellation form found on our website after 2 to 5 days of entering into a service agreement.
  • No cancellations are allowed for services that have special discounts on holidays like Christmas, New Year's, and the Fourth of July. No refunds are permitted because these offers are only briefly available.
  • The service will be terminated if the following payment is not made within seven working days.

REFUND POLICY

  • We follow a distinct process for each service we offer, so different services have different return policies.
  • Each of a campaign's milestones must be completed with a particular set of resources. Therefore, a reimbursement request for completed services would not be taken into account.
  • A refund can take between 5-7 business days to process.
  • There is no way to get your money back for the administrative or installation expenses you paid.
  • A refund of fees does not include taxes that were paid on services that were assessed by regulatory bodies.
  • No refunds will be given if service is terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • For same-day delivery services, there is no refund policy.
  • Refunds are not due if a third party is to blame for a service delay or interruption.
